The decision here is scale and privacy in the same conversation. Couples considering a larger celebration should ask how the ceremony, reception, guest accommodations and portrait time share the grounds on the actual date. The published “up to 250 guests” is an upper-line venue statement, not a recommendation for a particular layout. Request the current event diagram, rain plan, guest-flow plan and any restrictions on portraits, drones, lighting or sound.
For the visual team, landscaped grounds and ocean context can create a generous opening and closing frame, but the day still needs a protected indoor or covered transition.
